Thanks for visiting costadelvillas, by accessing and using costadelvillas (“us”) you acknowledge that you are subject to the terms and conditions (the “terms”) outlined below. Please read through the terms carefully, if you do not fully agree to the terms you may not access or use costadelvillas.
1. The site is a portal
Costadelvillas is a portal allowing property owners and holiday makers to meet and subsequently arrange an agreement. Costadelvillas is not partial to any negotiations and agreement between either party and can not be held responsible for any loss caused as a result of such agreements.
2. Use of the site
Costadelvillas is free to use for visitors and visitors may use the site to view properties and any other content for their personal use. Property owners must pay an annual fee to advertise on the site. Commercial use by visitors, such as the gathering of data, is strictly prohibited. Costadelvillas aims to offer a safe environment for property owners and renters to meet, but any transactions between the two parties take place at their own risk.
Downloading data and material from the website, other than for personal use, is forbidden.
3. Property adverts
Property owners must only advertise existing properties that they have the full rights to rent out to paying customers. Costadelvillas can remove an advert at any time which we believe does not adhere to these terms.
Property owners have a 7 day period to cancel an advert after which the full cost of the advert (minus a £5 admin fee) will be refunded.
When property owners upload material (images, photos, pictures etc.) you agree to allow us to have full royalty-free access to the material for advertising and further promotional purposes.
All images uploaded will be watermarked to reduce illegal use.
Each property listing advert can be used to advertise a single property only, additional property listings must be purchased outright.
4. The website
Costadelvillas reserve the right to remove the site at anytime without prior warning. We will not be held responsible for technical faults that cause the site to become temporarily unavailable.
Hyperlinks to external websites may appear on content pages and property listings. Visiting these external websites is done at the visitors own risk and Costadelvillas will not be held responsible for any problems that occur as a result of visiting such websites.
5. Privacy
Any personal information collected by Costadelvillas will not be disclosed to third parties. We may use the information collected to keep you updated with news and offers available on the site. We reserve the right to view messages sent via the property advert contact form, in order to monitor spam and illegal commercial use by site visitors.
