How do I enquire about a properties availability?
To enquire about a property simply complete the contact form at the bottom of each property page. This will then send a message directly to the owner of the property who will contact you to discuss the details.
Who owns the properties advertised on costadelvillas?
All the properties on costadelvillas are independently owned and are advertised by the owner.
I have a question about a property. Who should I ask?

Do costadelvillas charge a commission on rentals made using the website?
No, we don’t take any part in the transaction between the property owner and renter. We simply offer a portal for holiday makers to find rental homes in the Costa del Sol region.
