Big bucks for renting out holiday villas in Costa del Sol
Owners of holiday homes that are currently on the market in the Costa del Sol could look to cash in on the poor market by renting out their property until the market picks up. Luxury villas in the Costa del Sol can by rented out profitably to holiday makers and fashion shoot photographers.
One owner, Paul Rossiter, has rented out his luxury villa, which is currently on the market for £2.5million, to holiday makers. The villa near Puerto Banus can be rented for up to £6800 per week during the peak season and has already attracted one famous renter Tottenham Hotspur footballer Jermaine Jenas.
Other home owners are making in excess of £1000 a day by renting their luxury villas to fashion photographers looking for a luxury backdrop.
But it’s not just luxury villas that can generate revenue for the owners whilst on the market, smaller villas, apartments and townhouses can also be rented out to holiday makers throughout the year.
