Description:
Cortijo Blanco, a beach front complex, is pleasantly situated near Puerto Banus, in the secluded, residential Cortijo Blanco area, one of Marbella's most established suburbs. It is on the beach, has a large garden and is only a few minutes walk from the hotels, bars, good restaurants and a supermarket. This Sea front apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the Cortijo Blanco building, directly overlooking the beach and Mediterranean sea. The apartment has free access to the adjacent beautiful Alabardero beachside swimming pool and recreation facilities and access to sunloungers and umbrellas by the swimming pool and those by its lovely Playa. This is a wonderful supplement to the Cortijo Blanco Apartment building which does not have its own swimming pool. You can also enjoy its beachside taberna with fantastic tapas and open-air, on the beach, massage services. The 2 well known and exquisite beachside fish restaurants (Nueve Reino and Alabardero) are just adjacent to the Cortijo Blanco Apartments and many other fine restaurants are located on the San Pedro promenade within a very short walking distance.

The apartment is located in sea front. To the right of the apartment within 100 meter is the San Pedro Beaches and Alabardero Beach, Swimming and sport facilities. To the left apratment within 300 meters is the famous Coco beach.

Marbella has in its municipality 27 Km. of coastline which is divided into 24 beaches.

Marbella offers you and your family a wide range of possibilities to have fun and to spend your holidays. There are a few Theme, Wildlife, Aquarium and Aquatic parks in the Marbella area and surrounding that are worth a visit.

Golf Courses

Andalucia is renowned for its top golf courses and the unique sunny and warm winter climate allows golf to be popular all year round. There are nearly 60 golf courses in Andalucia. By car you can reach Los Naranjos, Aloha, Las Brisas and La Quinta within 10 minutes. Torrequebrada, Mijas Golf and El Paraiso within 20 minutes, Sotogrande and Valderrama, (Ryder Cup - 1997, 1999 World Championships) within 40 minutes.

There are more than forty golf courses on the Costa del Sol, of which ten are in Marbella area. It is now one of the best areas in Spain for golf and offers some of the top courses in the world. The fine weather allows golf to be popular all year round. Moreover, Marbella is nearby to Malaga International Airport and Gibraltar Airport.

The Costa del Sol is at the forefront of Europe for sailing with its excellent marinas and invaluable berthing capacities, these include Puerto Banus, Marbella, Estepona, Duguesa, etc.
