Description:
A Beautiful Villa with Private Pool and Close to Beach Sleeps up to 11 (4 to 5 Bedrooms).

This is a beautiful villa with its own swimming pool, large garden and tropical plants. It is pleasantly situated near Puerto Banus and the beach in the secluded, smart residential Cortijo Blanco area. The villa has 300m² building with a land/garden of 1000m². The Villa is air-conditioned. One of Marbella's most established suburbs, it is only a 3 minute walk to the beach (150 m), hotels, bars, restaurants and a supermarket.

Recently a completely separate unit (Annex) has been added to the Villa La Caracola accommodating 2 to 3 guests. The Annex has one bedroom and en-suite bathroom, a kitchen, livingroon/dinningroom, its own garden and a large roof terrace.

This unit would be available only to the existing guests of the Villa at request and an extra cost.

Livingroom

Comfortable lounge with 2 seating areas, fireplace, large screen TV, satellite, stereo and DVD. Both dining room and lounge have double doors to the arched terrace and are comfortably furnished and well equipped for use by 9 to 11 guests. There is also a sofa bed in the second livingroom area.
Bedroom

Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and a double bed.

Two large bedrooms with twin beds.

One bedroom with a single bed, with en-suite bathroom.

Arched floodlit terraces overlooking pool and garden, accessed via diningroom/lounge, with a dinning table accommodating 10 guests. Barbecue area, garden furniture, sunloungers and the pool.
The Annex

This adjacent unit to the main villa has a bedroom with three single beds, the en-suit bathroom with bath/shower over and WC;

fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and other kitchen appliances;

A comfortable livingroom/dinningroom with stellite TV, stereo and DVD;

and its own garden and a large roof terrace.
Other services

Baby cot would be provided on request. Safe-deposit boxes are available at the main Villa and the Annex. Twice weekly cleaning services of the villa and regular garden/pool maintenance are provided free of charge. Pets are not allowed.

The villa is located within 5 minutes walk to CoCo Beach and Mistral (no stress) beach in Puerto Banus, and their respective recreation and sport facilities. The Kala-Kalua water sport facilities (with jet skiing, pedal boats, para-sailing, and banana boats) and San Pedro fine beaches are within 5 minutes walk in another direction.

Golf

Andalucia is renowned for its top golf courses and the unique sunny and warm winter climate allows golf to be popular all year round. There are nearly 60 golf courses in Andalucia. By car you can reach Los Naranjos, Aloha, Las Brisas and La Quinta within 10 minutes. Torrequebrada, Mijas Golf and El Paraiso within 20 minutes, Sotogrande and Valderrama, (Ryder Cup - 1997, 1999 World Championships) within 40 minutes. The 2 most well-known fish restaurants in the entire Marbella area (Nueve Reino and Alabardero), on the San Pedro promenade, are within a very short walking distance. There are numerous places of historical interest nearby. Granada with its Alhambra Palace and gardens, is approximately 1.5 hours drive. The old City of Ronda is within 45 minutes drive. Gibraltar is within 1 hour drive.
