The Views

The Villa Los Pulus has spectacular views. To the North, the views are towards the La Concha Mountain of Marbella which towers and dominates this aspect of the Villa. To the West the Villa overlooks the peaceful Lago de Las Tortugas (Turtle Lake) which is earmarked for further development as a conservation area and 'Green Lung' by the Marbella Town Hall. To the south, the Villa has spectacular panoramic sea views towards Puerto Banus. In the near to middle distance you can see the 18th hole of Aloha Golf Course and the Centro Plaza Shopping Centre

The Terraces

There are terraces for sunbathing on the top and middle floors as well as the poolside lawn area. Pool side lounging furniture as well as 2 sets of patio tables and chairs are provided..

The Swimming Pool

The swimming pool is L-shaped. It is 7m long, 5m wide at the widest end and 3m at the narrowest end. The pool is 1m deep at the shallow end and 2m deep at the deep end. The swimming pool is heated October-May, the cost of heating is included in the rental unless otherwise stated. Please confirm this at the time of rental. Pool heating is not required and not included June-September.

The pool is professionally maintained by Marbella Pools & Spas Company. The pool is professionally cleaned twice weekly in the spring / summer months May-September. Cleaned weekly all year round.

Please take note of the following booking conditions:

Prices quoted are in Euros or UK Sterling Pounds and are subject to surcharge only as a result of government actions. The owners and their management company reserve the right to revise price lists. No price increase will apply once full payment has been received for the booking.

Rental booking deposit as quoted at the time of booking should be forwarded upon completed reservation and the balance to be received no later than 8 weeks prior to arrival date at the property.

Payment is required either by UK bank cheque or Euro cheque made payable to B. Dorani forwarded to the address of the owner or by euro transfer with the property name and your name as reference. A receipt will be issued.

A refundable damage deposit of £450.00 or Euros 600 per rental week period will be required to protect both owners and management company against damage to interior fixtures and fittings, loss of contents and to cover telephone and excess electricity usage. Properties will be checked upon your departure and any necessary deductions made from the deposit held. This deposit should be in the form of cheque made payable to B. Dorani.

We reserve the right to impose supplementary charges if the property is not vacated in the time stated.

Cancellations must be confirmed in writing and deposits will be refundable if cancellation is made more than 8 weeks before departure date with a cancellation charge of £100.00 . Cancellations within 8 weeks of departure will incur a 50% cancellation charge of the rental amount. Cancellations within 6 weeks of departure will incur a 100% cancellation charge as it is highly likely that another rental will not be secured. Travel insurance is therefore strongly recommended.

We take great care and attention to ensure the accuracy of information shown in our photographs and property description. However, there may be times when facilities not under our direct control may not be available. Photographs are intended to give an overall impression of our property.

Maid service is included once per rental to change linen and towels. Extra maid service is available and can be arranged through at cost. Please ask for a quote. Rentals of 2 weeks or longer will include short weekly cleans and towel change.

Broadband wireless internet is available at the property. You will be given the access details for this service. Please note you will need to take your own wireless enabled laptop computer to use this service. Please use this service responsibly as it is subject to a fair use policy. Also inappropriate use and/or access of illegal or immoral websites is strictly prohibited. The lead renter holds responsibility for ensuring that rental tenants do not misuse the broadband connection.

The property will have been fully prepared for your arrival with a full compliment of linen and towels. Local Property Management Company will assist guests if needed or in emergencies. However please be aware the management company may charge for any additional assistance or services provided, such as car or taxi hire, food packs, equipment hire, loss of keys, accidentally locked safe, locking oneself out of house etc.

Beach towels are not provided, please provide your own. Folding/extra beds are not available.

Smoking is not permitted inside the Villa, smokers may use the outside areas. Drug use is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.

A Chicco high chair and a Mothercare UK folding travel cot with wipe clean mattress are available at the villa. Please take your own baby bed linen. Please ensure you read the instructions provided carefully for correct erection and folding of the high chair and travel cot. It is your responsibility to ensure that you operate the baby equipment according to manufacturer instructions. We do not accept any responsibility for any accidents due to improper or incorrect use of baby equipment. A wooden Mothercare high chair is also available at the Villa.

All charges must be settled prior to your departure.

Should you experience any problems during your holiday with your property please bring it to our attention immediately so that we can make the necessary arrangements to take care of it for you.

Swimming pools - Pool heating is included without additional charge for rentals starting October until end May. Pool heating is not needed and not included in the rental charge June -September.

Great care must be taken at all times when using the pool at the property as accidents can occur. TO AVOID ACCIDENTAL INJURY, PLEASE REFRAIN FROM USING CROCKERY OR GLASS UTENSILS AT THE POOLSIDE.

You are strongly advised not to use the swimming pool, or pool side whilst under the influence of alcohol. Please always ensure that children are accompanied in the bath, on the terraces, while swimming or pool side.

Children must also be supervised on the terrace within the villa to avoid accidents since the villa is situated at a height. All doors and windows have fitted locks for the safety of children.

The security of the Villa and its contents during the rental period is the responsibility of the main named renter. It is essential that the Villa is locked including all terrace doors and windows and secured especially when away from the villa. Any loss or damage to the villa, its contents or to the renters or their belongings due to negligence or omission of the part of any of the renters/occupants to exercise due care or in the observance of due security precautions will be the responsibility and liability of the main named renter.

1. My family and I stayed in this beautiful villa during Christmas 2007. We found this villa spotlessly clean and thoughtfully furnished. The location is fantastic, in a quiet gated community but within 5 minutes of Puerto Banus and the main motorways. A car is recommended. We had a wonderful and enjoyable holiday. There are some excellent country walks near the villa and feeding the wildfowl at the Turtle Lake delighted the children. I would recommend Villa Los Pulus without hesitation and I would like to visit again next year

We had a great holiday thanks & really enjoyed our stay at Villa Los Pulus, it was lovely, just as it looked in the pictures & was in a nice quiet location away from the hustle & bustle which we liked. We had a lazy 10 days & managed to unwind perfectly, snoozing by the pool taking in the views, shame we had to come back to work!
Thanks again for all your help, oh & I managed to find my favourite Scottish soft drink in the SuperSol at the Central Plaza by the Bullring so that was an added wee bonus!

The villa has breathtaking views from the south facing terrace of the Aloha lake below also known as the Turtle Lake (Lago de Las Tortugas)giving nearby nature trekking opportunities. The panoramic views stretch across the Golf Valley southwards to the Mediterranean Sea and Puerto Banus. Also to the East the view from the Villa is dominated by the famous La Concha mountain of Marbella.
Local activities and sights:
Nueva Andalucia also known as The Golf Valley is situated in the most beautiful part of the south of Spain. It is within the Marbella municipality and very close to the shops, restaurants and nightlife of Puerto Banus. Nueva Andalucia itself offers a wide range of international cuisine and shops.

Within a short driving distance you will find the city of Marbella (The Jewel of The Coast) and San Pedro de Alcantara, a charming and traditional Spanish town. While inland there are white mountain villages to explore, the nearest is Istan and the most famous is Ronda, about an hours drive from the villa.

Some of the finest golf courses in the world are all within easy striking distance. The nearest ones within 5 minutes driving distance are Aloha, Las Brisas, Los Naranjos, La Quinta and La Dama de Noche (a spectacular floodlit course all situated within the Nueva Andalucia Valley.
