Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. Prices are all inclusive for the apartment per week in UK pounds. Happy to hold the apartment for 24 hours so that flight can be booked. Discounts for longer lets available. Please e-mail for details.

Telephone or email enquiries and bookings. A £200 deposit secures a booking. Full balance needs to be received 6 weeks before the start of holiday. In addition a refundable deposit of £200 is payable with the balance as a key and security bond.

The Costa Del Sol is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Europe. Certainly it is one of Europe's best equipped holiday playgrounds! Such highly developed resorts such as Benalmadena, Torremolinos and Marbella cater for every taste and pocket, combining the attractions of sandy beaches, top-notch sporting facilities, lively bars and restaurants, an exhilarating night-life and an exceptional climate.
Elviria has long been recognised as being the quieter, greener area of Marbella; a comfortable distance from all the partying of Puerto Banus, but close enough to join in when the mood takes you!

Elviria beach is one of the finest sandy beaches along the Marbella coastline, and stretches for miles in both directions.

There are many local beach cafe-bars/restaurants of all tastes, where you can sit and enjoy a drink while watching the sunset or enjoy a fine meal whilst taking in the breathtaking coastal scenery.

Elviria has a thriving commercial centre for all of your leisure and daily needs and boasts two supermarkets (including one opening until 2am), various shops, fine restaurants, hairdressers, dentists, tennis courts, horse riding, bowling, the best beaches in Southern Spain and plenty of golf all within a short walking distance.

Sierra Nevada Mountains provides excellent skiing facilities in winter months.

Close to beaches and the picturesque port of Cabopino. For families there are many attractions including: Tivoli World, Aqualand, Zoo, cable car. There are tennis courts and academy in the complex, a riding school and bowling.

Marbella Old Town - Sightseeing and historical buildings

Local shopping centre is close by with many restaurants (Italian, French, Chinese, Indian and Spanish).Banks, hairdressers, dry cleaning and supermarkets (one open till 2am). La Canada (Large shopping mall) 10 mins drive. El Corte Ingles (Large Department store) 15 mins drive.
